A Letter That Will Change Your Year
The end of the year is a great time for reflection. How often do we say that this week, this month or this year flew by? Remember, how we spend our day/week/month is how we spend our lives. It is time to take charge and consciously choose how you spend your time. If you aren't planning your ideal year, it is unlikely you are living it!

This is also your friendly reminder to dig out the letter you wrote yourself back in January (as part of the CRE Challenge). How did you do? The great news is that you get to plan 2013! Any missed hopes and dreams can be revisited as soon as you make the decision to just do it! If you created your ideal 2012, push yourself a little and shoot for the stars this next year.

Here at CRE, we are so grateful for your support in our continued growth. 2012 was another amazing year with 12 million in closed sales. Our goal is to be your first stop when it comes to real estate. To show our gratitude, we wish to give back by supporting you in living your best life. We are going to change things up for 2013 and this will be our last traditional newsletter. Stay connected with us via Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or follow our blog!

Happy Holidays,
Chloe, Nicole, Kimberly and Chelsea

WHERE IN THE WORLD...Celebration, FL
Celebration is a master-planned community located near Walt Disney World and originally developed by The Walt Disney Company. The population was 7,427 as of the 2010 census. Once Celebration was founded, Disney divested most of its control of the town. However, the town remains directly connected to the Walt Disney World resorts via one of its primary streets, World Drive, which begins near the Magic Kingdom.

The town center contains restaurants, shops and other commercial establishments. The Celebration Hotel hosted the football team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, during training camp until the 2009 season when the team moved training camp back to Tampa Bay.

In autumn, leaf-shaped confetti shoots out of the lamp posts on Market Street to simulate falling leaves. During the holiday season, suds pour out of the lamp posts to replicate snow while Christmas music streams from the sidewalks.

Need ideas for visiting Celebration? Let us know, we are happy to help!
